The project scope of work includes abatement of hazardous materials within the existing structure prior to demolition, removal of subsurface utilities, foundations, and fuel storage tank, remediation of contaminated soils if encountered, removal of all site improvements including asphalt paving, removal of the entire facility, subsurface drainage improvements, grading, asphalt paving, and parking lot striping.
