This Project consists of reconstruction of Pioneer Avenue from No. 3151 Pioneer Avenue through the Blueberry Hills Road intersection, the installation of an 8-inch, 10-inch and 16-inch HDPE pipe along Pioneer Avenue and into the Blueberry Hills Road intersection, a temporary 6-inch HDPE water pipe by-pass system, new underground storm drainage and replacement of the street and the right side sidewalk embankments to a 24-inch depth, new asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, and curb and gutter
