This Project consists of site work at the upper level and to the northerly limits of the overall project, including clearing, excavation to all peat and other organic material down to the wet, silty sands and gravel layer, excavation of the wet, silty sands material as embankment excavation of the gravel embankment overlaying the peat in the former ADOT&PF storage area and use of this material as fill under the future building areas and in a temporary driveway, shot rock borrow, surfacing some areas with base course, and underground storm drainage system, including underdrains and miscellaneous related Work.
