This project consists of replacement of the high elevation and low elevation water systems, sanitary sewer system, roadway embankment to a 24-inch depth, new asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, and other miscellaneous related work along Fourth Street from North Franklin Street to Gold Street.
