The project consists of paving rehabilitation of Erin Manor Subdivision, portions of Deborah Drive and Gail Avenue in the Mendenhall Valley, a portion of Mountain Avenue in the Lemon Creek area and Caroline Street near Auke Bay. Work includes excavation, shot rock borrow, base course grading D-1, underdrains, A.C. pavement, fog seal coat, and other miscellaneous work.
