Description:
The Base Bid for this Project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 10,500 sf of roofing, including perimeter treatment and drainage improvements. Alternate No. 1 consists of a Non Penetrating Mechanical Fastening System for membrane roofing. Alternate No. 2 consists of removal of approximately 17 aluminum window units and replacement with approximately 17 vinyl framed insulated glass units, with related trim and finishes.
