The rectangular-shaped, three-story reinforced concrete building measures 40' x 40'. It has a concrete foundation, a partial basement, and a flat roof. Windows on the second and third floors are double hung. Storefront has two entrances and three fixed plate glass windows. There is a secondary cornice between the second and third floors with decorative corbels. A third floor was added in the late 1990s. Although significantly altered, the building retains the visual elements of the original front facade with a low front parapet, boxed cornices and decorative corbels. It has a sidewalk canopy.
