At around 3:57 on January 2nd, 2023, 60 year old Juneau resident Anthony C. Perry was contacted at Home Depot and arrested by JPD officers on an outstanding felony warrant. The warrant charges Burglary in the 2nd degree and Theft in the 2nd degree. In addition to the warrant, Perry was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release and Resisting Arrest.
