At about 1:43 pm on 07/12/2022, Flynn T. Lobaugh was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release, Resisting Arrest and three outstanding warrants.
JPD officers and State Pretrial officers attempted to contact Lobaugh at around 10:00 am this morning in the area of Amalga Street. He fled the area and was later detained after a foot pursuit between the area of Keegan Drive and the wooded area under Thunder Mountain. He was transported to and lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
