On May 25th at around 3:15pm, a 21 year old female told her employer that she had just avoided being taken and forced into a blue 4 door Chevrolet truck by men she did not know.
JPD officers responded to the 9100 block of Glacier Highway and began an investigation. It was determined that the woman was not contacted by anyone in the manner she had reported. There was no disturbance and there had been no attempt to kidnap the female.
On May 26th at around 11:00 am, Ashley Gonzales was cited for filing a false police report and released.
