On 07/14/2021, the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) reported to the Juneau Police Department that they had received a tip that 56-year-old Juneau resident, Bradley David Waldron, was allegedly possessing & sharing child pornography online. At the conclusion of the investigation, Juneau Police Detectives referred the case to the District Attorney's Office. On 12/02/2021, a Grand Jury indicted Waldron on fourteen counts of Possession of Child Pornography, all Class C felony offenses.
As a result of the indictment, a felony arrest warrant was issued for Waldron in the amount of $5,000. On 12/03/2021, at about 5:08 p.m., Juneau Police Officers located Waldron at his home and he was arrested on the warrant. Waldron was taken to the jail and held on $5,000 bail.
