On 04/04/2021 at about 6:35 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a burglary at the Safeway Fuel Station located on Vintage Blvd. Employees reported the glass entry door of the fuel station was broken into sometime during the night and about $500 in cigarettes and cigars were stolen. Video surveillance from the store recorded the incident take place at about 4:29 AM on 04/04/2021. The suspect appears to be a male, about 6'1" - 6'3" tall and with a medium build. A photo of the suspect was taken from the video surveillance and is now posted on the JPD Facebook page. JPD is asking for community assistance in identifying the person in the photo.
