Due to a recent power outage, JPD is having some difficulties with the non-emergency phone lines. Power has been restored, but technicians are still working at restoring all phone lines.
Emergency 911 phone lines are still working properly and there was no interruption in services.
If you are calling JPD for a non-emergency reason, please considering waiting for about an hour before doing so.
