On 1/3/18, between 1100 and 1400 hours, a black bag containing over $15,000 worth of electronics was taken from a building in the area of Willoughby Ave. The bag was described as a 3ft x 2ft x 1ft zip up hard sided black bag. The electronics taken were unique and would be used for cable installation and maintenance.
