On July 2, 2017 at about 12:13am, JPD officers contacted 27 year old Norbert Lopez at a downtown restaurant and bar. It was determined that Lopez had an outstanding arrest warrant from Port Orchard Washington. The warrant charged Lopez with Possession with the Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Marijuana.
Kitsap County Sheriff?s office was contacted and they confirmed that Lopez had an outstanding warrant and they would extradite Lopez.
Lopez was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice, transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
