On June 27, 2017 at about 3:32pm, a Petco employee called 9-1-1 and reported the store had been robbed at gun point.
JPD officers responded and began an investigation and search of the area for the suspect. At this time, the suspect is still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, about 6?3? tall, thin build with scruffy facial hair. He was wearing a baseball cap, a dark sweatshirt with light colored sleeves and had the hood pulled up over the cap. The suspect?s pants were dark, possibly Carhart-style.
A video of the suspect has been released on the JPD Facebook page. The suspect may still be armed and the public should not attempt to contact the suspect. Any information regarding the suspect?s identity or where-a-bouts should be provided to JPD at 586-0600 or online at juneaucrimeline.com.
