The Juneau Police Department is investigating a series of assaults and disorderly conduct incidents that took place just after the bars closed on April 23, 2017. The series of acts took place at about 2:48 in the morning near the corner of Seward Street and Front Street. JPD is asking for assistance in identifying multiple aggressors in a video. There is a man in a red tank top with a number '3' on it who surprise punches a woman from the side. JPD is trying to identify that man.
If you have information about the people in the video who are fighting but not in self-defense, or are assaulting others, please contact the investigating officer, Officer Steve Scherrer at 586-0600.
