On April 7, 2017, at about 12:30 in the afternoon, the Juneau Police Department received a report that there was a motorcycle crash on Glacier Highway near the NOAA Facility at Auke Bay. A 51 year old Juneau man was transported to Bartlett Hospital as a precautionary measure.
The road was not closed but the lanes were narrowed during the incident. The investigation is continuing.
