At approximately 3:55 AM, JPD Dispatch received a call from a female Juneau resident. The female reported that her husband had called her and reported being in a vehicle accident somewhere out the road. The husband, a 42 year old Juneau male resident, was a passenger in the vehicle and would not tell his wife the name of the driver.
