On November 22nd, 2016, JPD received information that 42 year old Juneau resident Sergius Sheakley had an outstanding State warrant. JPD officers located Sheakley at a residence on North Douglas Highway.
Sheakley was arrested on the outstanding State of Alaska warrant issued by the Anchorage Superior Court charging two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor 1st degree, four counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor 2nd degree, and one count of Attempted Sexual Abuse of a Minor 2nd degree.
Sheakley was transported to LCCC. Bail was set at $50,000 cash.
