Subject: Warning Not to Accept Financial Cards/Warrants Date: 11-14-16

Summary:
The Juneau Police Department would like to warn business owners not to accept bankcards from a Juneau man who may be in possession of at least two stolen financial access devices. 23 year old William Moy Jr., also known as ?Billy?, is believed to have used and attempted to use stolen bankcards at about ten Juneau businesses since November 1, 2016. One of the cards is believed to have been stolen from a vehicle. Moy Jr. is also a person of interest in an attempted burglary of a storage unit last night in the 8600 block of Airport Boulevard.
Moy Jr. does have several warrants for his arrest so please call JPD if you see him. Moy Jr.?s warrants include two $50 dollar warrants for failure to appear on a charge of trespass. There is also one $50 warrant for failure to appear on a charge of larceny and one $50 warrant to answer to a charge of larceny.
