Summary:

On 03/17/2016, at approximately 10:07 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a domestic assault that took place at a residence located in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive. The investigation revealed that 38 year old Leron C Graham went to the apartment complex after having previously been issued a criminal trespass notice by the apartment managers. Graham then entered a female?s apartment, slapped her in the face, and forcefully stole a blue 2000 Subaru. The victim, a 28 year old Juneau female resident had an injury to her face that did not require medical attention.

On 03/17/2016, at approximately 7:00 PM, the stolen vehicle was located near a residence in the 1800 block of Patti Avenue. The vehicle was seized as evidence.

On 03/17/2016, at approximately 10:45 PM, a JPD officer spotted Graham walking near the 5100 block of the Glacier Highway. Graham was arrested without incident.

Graham was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on no bail. Graham was charged with Robbery in the 2nd Degree DV a Class B Felony, Vehicle Theft in the 1st Degree a Class C Felony, Assault in the 4th Degree DV a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree DV a Class A Misdemeanor.

The investigation is continuing.
