On Tuesday, 03/08/2016, at approximately 8:00 PM, the Juneau Police Department received a report of an armed robbery that took place on Saturday night, 03/05/2016. The robbery reportedly took place at the Dragon Inn, located in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway.
JPD officers responded and spoke with the victim, a 46 year old female Juneau resident. In essence, the victim reported that on 3/5/2016, at approximately 8:35 PM, she was alone in the front of the restaurant closing down the business. A masked man came into the restaurant, pointed a gun at the victim, and whispered ?Give me the money?. The victim shoved paperwork at the robber, ducked behind the counter, and screamed for help. The suspect took the paperwork and left the area. No one was hurt during the robbery and no money was taken.
The suspect was described as between 5?5? ? 5?9? tall, skinny build, with a light colored complexion. He was wearing a dark ski mask with white near the center, a tan jacket, and dark pants.
