On February 19, 2016 at approximately 3:34pm, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a male on a trail at the end of North Douglas, face down and not breathing. Officers responded and located a deceased male on the beach side of the road toward the end of North Douglas Hwy. CCFR assisted with removal of the body due it's location. No foul play is suspected. NOK notification pending.
