On 09/17/2015, at approximately 3:17 PM, Juneau Police Department officers conducted a high risk stop on a vehicle at the Safeway gas station located on Vintage Blvd. Four occupants of the vehicle were detained.
The occupants of the vehicle included 24 year old Juneau resident Erick Waters, a 25 year old male and 24 year old male, both from California, and a 17 year old male from New Mexico. Erick Waters was arrested for a probation violation, original charge Robbery in the Second Degree. The other three occupants of the vehicle were released.
Erick Waters was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on No-Bail.
