On May 17, 2015, at about 7:30 AM, the Juneau Police Department served a second Montgomery County Arrest Warrant on 31 year old Scott Michael Tomaszewski stemming from an ongoing investigation in Rockville, MD. The warrant was issued from the Montgomery County Police Department for Murder in the First Degree, Armed Robbery, and Burglary in the First Degree. The warrant was served without incident on Tomaszewski at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he continues to be held without bail.

On May 16, 2015, at about 8:00 AM, Officers from the Juneau Police Department assisted the Montgomery County Police Department, MD, with the service of a Montgomery County Arrest Warrant.
Officers contacted Scott Michael Tomaszewski on a cruise ship docked near the 800 block of South Franklin St. in Juneau, AK. Mr. Tomaszewski had an outstanding arrest warrant for Burglary in the First Degree and was arrested without incident. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center on a charge of Commitment to Await Requisition (Fugitive from Justice) and held without bail.
