On 05-10-2015 at 8:24 AM, a 25 year-old Juneau woman reported being the victim of a sexual assault. Police began an investigation into the report, and identified the suspect as a 33 year-old local male. The suspected was located in the 300 block of Whittier Street and was detained.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor. The victim and suspect are acquaintances.
