On February 11, 2015 at 2:53 p.m., the Juneau Police Department received a call reporting a female pointed a pistol at a male in the 4000 Block of Taku Blvd. The caller said the female had gone back into her home.
Officer?s responded, contacted and interviewed several juveniles and parents and seized a handgun from a residence.
The investigation revealed that an 11 year old female did in fact point a handgun at a group of 11 years olds.
This case will be forwarded to the Johnson Youth Center for consideration in charging the 11 year old female with Assault in the 3rd Degree for placing the group of juveniles in fear by means of a dangerous instrument.
