On April 8th, 2014,at 4:00 AM, Juneau Police contacted an injured 38 year-old man in the downtown area, standing on Front Street. The man said he had been assaulted by a woman under the Gold Creek Bridge. He said he had been struck in the head with a metal pipe, and had lacerations on his face and ear. Police contacted the woman, 39 year-old Lorraine Paul, who was arrested for domestic violence Assault in the Third Degree, a class C felony. Alcohol was involved in this incident.
