On August 26th, 2013 at about 9:57 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a robbery that occurred in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway. The victim called reporting a man approached the business where she was working and demanded money.
JPD officers responded to the area and began an investigation which revealed the man walked into the business, revealed a weapon, demanded money from the victim, then left the business with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The victim described the suspect as a white male in his early to mid-20?s, 5?8? to 6?-1? tall, with a skinny build; short, clean cut black hair; black goatee; wearing black skinny jeans, black sweatshirt, black gloves with yellow markings, black shoes and sunglasses.
The Juneau Police Department is currently working on identifying a suspect in this case. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact JPD at 586-0600. The investigation in this case is continuing.
