On 06/22/2013, at approximately 6:02 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a report from a resident of the Chinook Apartments that a man was walking in the area and was bleeding from his head. The Chinook Apartments are located in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.
JPD officers arrived in the area and contacted a 37 year old male Juneau resident near ?H? building. The male was bleeding from his head and said that he had been stabbed by 38 year old Juneau resident Lorraine PAUL.
Capital City Fire and Rescue personnel arrived and transported the male victim to the Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment of his injuries. At BRH, the male victim was treated for three non-life threatening cuts to his head.
Officers obtained a search warrant and entered the apartment where the assault had occurred. Officers located Lorraine PAUL inside the residence.
Lorraine PAUL was placed under arrest for Assault 2nd Degree Domestic Violence. PAUL was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on No Bail.
The investigation continues.
