On March 29, 2013 at about 10:55pm The Juneau Police Department received a noise complaint regarding loud music at a residence on Hillcrest Avenue. Officers responded to the area and located several juveniles that appeared to be consuming and under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.
A warrant was issued to search the residence and about 45 people were contacted. 19 year old Joseph Pulfrey, 20 year old Kevin Burgess, 20 year old Blaine Roeber, 18 year old Galen Wright, 20 year old Hayden Eddy, 20 year old Joshua Hamilton, 19 year old Benjamin Shaw, 18 year old Dillon TORRES, 20 year old Frank Rogers, 18year old Joseph Cordova, 19year old Cameron Shand, 19 year old Tyler Roulet, 19 year old Alexander Glass, 20 year old Anthony Thingvall, and twelve other juveniles under the age of 18 were cited for minor consuming.
20 year old Juneau resident Benjamin Gelotte was arrested and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, disorderly conduct, and minor consuming.
