On 09/10/2012, at approximately 5:25 AM, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a possible sexual assault that took place at a residence located in the 8900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. JPD officers arrived and contacted the victim, a 22 year old Juneau female resident. The victim reported that she had just been sexually assaulted by Frank W. LEE, a 60 year old Juneau resident.
On 09/11/2012, at approximately 5:20 PM, JPD officers arrested LEE for Sexual Assault in the First Degree. LEE was transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on No Bail.
The investigation is continuing.
