On 9-15-11, at 4:46am, The Juneau Police Department received a report of a suspicious object in the roadway of Mendenhall Blvd. near Aspen Ave. Officers responded and cordoned off the area surrounding the object. Members of the Juneau Police Department Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team disposed of the object which was later determined to be a marijuana smoking device. There are no charges pending at this time.
