On 09-11-11 at about 1513 hours, JPD received a report of a man that was working under a car on 5th St in Juneau when the jack had slid and the car had fallen on the person. Capital City Fire Rescue responded.
Investigation revealed 31 year old Joshua BEACH was conducting mechanical work underneath a 1997 Honda passenger car while it was on a jack. The car rolled and the jack fell over pinning BEACH under the car. Life Saving measures were performed by CCFR, however, BEACH was deceased. Next of kin have been notified.
