Summary:
This morning at approximately 8:30am, 39 year old Juneau resident Joseph R. Nell was arrested for 4 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the 1st degree which are unclassified felonies. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Bail is set at $250,000.
The investigation is ongoing.
