On 05-03-11 at about 2111 hours, a female called JPD to report a male was chasing another male around outside a residence in the 6500 block of Glacier Hwy with a knife and was trying to kill him. The line was disconnected.
Investigation revealed a verbal dispute had occurred between 47 year old Juneau resident Allen MILL, a 51 year old female and another 47 year old male that were inside the residence. MILL reportedly brandished a large \"Butcher\" type knife and chased the other 47 year old male as he exited the home, continuing to chase the victim while brandishing the knife.
MILL was subsequently placed under arrest for Assault in the 3rd Degree (Class C Felony) and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he was held without bail. Alcohol was a factor in this incident. This investigation continues.
