On 04/29/2011, United States Postal Inspectors intercepted a package destine for Juneau that contained controlled substances. The package contained 199 Vicodin (hydrocodone) pills, and 1.5 ounces of crack cocaine. The estimated street value of the drugs was approximately $9,000.
On 04/30/2011, a controlled deliver of the package was conducted by the Juneau Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit with the assistance of the United States Postal Inspectors, a South East Alaska Cities Against Drugs (SEACAD) Officer, and an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). The package was picked up by Harold GREENLEE, a 42 year old local Juneau resident, and taken to a residence located in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.
On 04/30/2011, at approximately 12:40 PM, the residence in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway was entered pursuant to a search warrant. GREENLEE and a 21 year old female Juneau resident were contacted. GREENLEE was subsequently arrested for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Degrees, all felonies. The female was not arrested.
GREENLEE was transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on No Bail.
