This afternoon at 1:00pm the Juneau Police Department received a report of an armed robbery at Lambros Jewelry store in the downtown area. The caller reported that a man came in to the store and was looking at some jewelry. The store clerk turned around to get something and when she turned back around the man had a gun pointed at her. At that point he tied her up and took items from the store.
The suspect is described as a 5?8? tall man of medium build with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black and red jacket and black ski pants.

After further investigation into this crime, at approximately 6:30pm on March 29, the Juneau Police Department contacted 27 year old Nathan BLOCK in the 600 block of West Willoughby Ave. BLOCK was placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree and ultimately transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center were he was held with no bail. Robbery in the First Degree is a Class A Felony and punishable by up to 20 years in prison and $250,000.00 in fines.
