Autopsy results confirm there was no evidence of foul play in Oullis's death. The cause of death was reported as hypothermia with alcohol and drug intoxication as contributing factors.

On January 22, 2011 at approximately 9:00am, the Juneau Police Department received a call from a resident of Long Run Drive. The caller said she was driving by the 9000 block of Long Run and saw a woman lying in the snow off the side of the road. The caller said she checked on the woman and the woman was cold and stiff.
Officers responded and identified the female as local Juneau resident, 21 year old Keisha OULLIS. Officers determined OULLIS was deceased.
No serious injuries were found and alcohol is believed to be a factor.
The investigation is ongoing.
