On February 15th, 2011, the Juneau Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit (JPDDEU) received information regarding a possible Marijuana grow operation on Trafalgar Street in the Mendenhall Valley.
On February 16, 2011, the Juneau Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit (JPDDEU) applied for, and was granted a Search warrant for the residence at 4492 Trafalgar St.
With the assistance of the local office of the FBI and SECAD, the Juneau Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit executed the Search Warrant on the residence.
Inside the residence officers located a 60 plant, hydroponic, Marijuana grow operation. The estimated local street value of the Marijuana yielded from 60 indoor plants is $360,000.00.
The entire operation was seized and the investigation is ongoing.
