On March 12, 2026, detectives with the Juneau Police Department (JPD) located and arrested 53-year-old Juneau resident Nathan Alan Campbell at a business on Commercial Boulevard. Campbell was taken into custody on a $50,000 warrant.
The arrest stems from an ongoing JPD investigation into the possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The investigation began in September 2025 after JPD received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
On March 12, 2026, a Juneau Grand Jury indicted Campbell on two counts of possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, and a warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
Following his arrest, Campbell was transported to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center, where he was lodged.
All factual allegations contained in this release are based upon preliminary investigation and are subject to change or clarification as the investigation continues. Any charges reported in this release are merely accusations and all persons named in this release are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
