Weekly Walking Tours of Juneau and/or State Capitol Building

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN JUNEAU WALKING TOURS Join an enthusiastic local guide for a walk around Juneau's original town site and learn about some of the people and events that shaped our city. Ticket price includes free admission to the City Museum, 20% discount on select items in the Museum Store, and tea and cookies at the Capital Inn. Reservations recommended. WHEN: May-September 12th Regular scheduled tours are offered weekly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 10:00am and start at the City Museum. Exceptions:  No tours on June 19, July 4, July 24 and August 21. Special requests for a tour on a day/time not listed on our regular schedule may be arranged with at least 48 hours advance notice if a tour guide is available. More Information

FREE TOURS OF THE INTERIOR OF THE CAPITOL BUILDING The City Museum offers FREE weekly tours of the State Capitol from June 23rd through September 30th. Led by City Museum volunteers, these tours begin at the Capitol and last one hour. WHEN: July-September 30th tours run Tuesday-Friday at 1:30 and 3:00pm.  Sign-up sheets are located in the front lobby of the Capitol. Advanced reservations not required. Please arrive  at the Capitol 5 minutes before the tour to sign in .
