The WORK covered in the Contract Documents includes reconstruction of Harris Street between the 4^th Street and 7^th Street intersections and reconstruction of 7^th Street between the Harris Street and Gold Street intersections. WORK generally includes replacement of the road base, asphalt, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, replacement of the water and sewer systems including separation of the existing combined sewer and storm water system into new and separate systems, and other miscellaneous related WORK.
