The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: reconstruction of Misty Lane from Horizon Drive through the cul-de-sac. WORK will include the replacement of the water main and services, replacement of existing sanitary sewer lift station, replacement of one sanitary sewer service, installation of sewer service cleanouts, and installation of new storm drain system, 2” minus shot rock with D-1 base course, asphalt pavement and other miscellaneous WORK.
