The consultant shall provide all necessary professional services to design the reconstruction of Blueberry Hills Road from Pioneer Avenue to Jackson Way. The project includes replacement of the storm drainage system, curb and gutter on both sides of street, replacement of roadway embankment, base course grading, replacement of water main and services, new asphalt paving and other miscellaneous related work.
