Base Bid: Upgrades to the exterior of the Auke Bay Fire Station. WORK includes asbestos abatement, installation of metal wall panels and brick wainscot, door and window replacement, electrical WORK, new membrane roof, a wood framed canopy and other miscellaneous WORK as outlined in these Contract Documents.
Additive Alternate No. 1 Work includes: Existing hose tower exterior upgrades including new standing seam metal roof with metal wall panel assemblies.
Additive Alternate No. 2 Work includes: Increase amount of brick wainscot to be installed.
