The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to provide the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Wastewater Utility with a study to assess the impacts of Fats, Oils, and Greases (FOGs) entering the CBJ wastewater system and to assess the CBJ’s FOGs control procedures and recommend improvements.
