Design Services for Teal Street Reconstruction

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including outreach and coordination assistance with residents, for the pavement, drainage, utility, and pedestrian improvements within the Teal Street project area.

The scope of construction work includes: Replacement of road base and pavement, underground water and sewer utilities replacements and improvements, drainage improvements and upgrade street and pedestrian lighting. In addition, work will include new curb and gutter and sidewalk on one side of the Teal St project area and miscellaneous other improvements necessary for a complete project.

The site of the work is Teal Street in Juneau, Alaska.
