Design Services for West Third Street and Dixon Street Reconstruction

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including outreach and coordination assistance with the neighborhood residents, for the W. 3rd Street and Dixon Street Reconstruction project.

The scope of construction work includes Replacement of road base, drainage and underground water improvements, replacement of curb gutter and sidewalk, replacement of stairway, new asphalt paving and necessary miscellaneous improvements.

The project area includes W. 3rd Street from Main Street to the South end of Dixon Street.
